Every day we awake with good intention to take on the world, strive for a better life and hopefully hack away at our life goals. Each day passes and we look back on it as we lay ourselves to sleep and realize we really haven’t accomplished much. What was it that threw us off course? There are so many things to which we could lay the blame on, but, In my experience, personal and professional, I find the real answer to this dilemma is Daily Habits. What we do in small daily actions conquers massive life goals. The key to staying on course is not becoming bored with these actions. Let’s make it fun! Let’s turn the mundane mindset of drudgery into a mindset of gratitude, eagerness, and perseverance.
How do we do this? It is a challenge, I must say. In a world of distractions and constant interruption, we can easily find it difficult to remember what we were just thinking of moments before the interruption. I know I have.
